Right to the City campaign

The Cooperative PartyNI wishes to express its support for the cross-party cross-community Right to the City campaign. The campaign is focused on ensuring that communities and organisations have a shared partnership with decision makers regarding the future development of Belfast. Belfast City Council is currently undertaking a formal consultation for its Local Development Plan which in the view of the campaign working group fails to consider adequately the rights of the communities who were most impacted by the plan.
